Step 1: Scheduling your session!
I am so excited to capture you and your family this year!
In order to reserve a date, you will sign some paperwork and pay the booking fee of €100. The booking fee secures your date and covers the photo session itself – it does not include any digitial files or print products.
If we haven’t already, the easiest way to compare calendars is for you to email or call me with a few dates that work for your family. I always try to be as flexible as possible, so once we find a date that works your booking is 100% online and only takes a few minutes. As you think about a suitable date, here are a few things to consider…
Weekend dates are the most popular and limited so please don’t delay in booking!
Babies & young children are almost always more suited to morning photoshoots.
If you are having an outdoor shoot with older children an early morning or evening time works great as thats when the light is most beautiful.
If the weather is pouring down on the day and you absolutely have your heart set on outdoor photos, we can absolutely reschedule. Otherwise we can use your home instead.

Step 2: The Photoshoot Itself
Once we have decided on a time and date and you are officially in the diary, I’ll send you a preparation guide that will walk you through everything from choosing a location, help with your outfits and what to expect. My guide has been created and refined over the years so it usually answers 90% of the questions that come up. But I’m always happy to hop on the phone for a chat if you need any help with anything.
A few days before our session, I’ll be in touch to confirm our time and location…and at that point, if the weather is questionable or someone isn’t feeling well, we can talk about re-scheduling options. Otherwise, its the perfect time to ask any last minute questions or let me know if you’ve come up with a fun idea that we haven’t spoken about.
The day of the photo session, please allow up to 2 hours for the shoot. We are usually finished in 60 to 90 minutes but I don’t charge by the hour so if someone has a meltdown or there’s a wardrobe malfunction then we have the time to fix it!
Lastly, take a deep breath and relax…I promise my photo sessions are fun and I will give everyone plenty of breaks throughout our time together…as many as needed…so the whole experience is relaxed and stress free!

THE FUN PART!
Within a few weeks of your photo session, you’ll get an email from me with a link to your very own slideshow that includes all of your fully edited images.
YOUR SLIDESHOW
Once you’ve clicked the slideshow link, you will have 48 hours to watch it as many times as you like and enjoy your photos. You’ll then decide which collection you would like to buy.
YOUR ONLINE STORE
After you buy your collection, you will have a full month to decide which digitial files you will download and what print products you will buy from the store…zero pressure!
COLLECTION A - €325
- Your choice of 10 high resolution digital images with print release
- €50 print credit to use towards your choice of anything in the gallery store: prints, frames, albums, digital files, etc.
COLLECTION B - €450
- Your choice of 20 high resolution digital images with print release
- €150 print credit to use towards your choice of anything in the gallery store: prints, frames, albums, digital files etc.
COLLECTION C - €575
- A complete set of high resolution digital images with print release
- €300 print credit to use towards your choice of anything in the gallery store: prints, frames, albums, etc.
What you are going to do with your images is perhaps the most important thing to consider when you are planning your photoshoot. Sadly its often overlooked and given no thought!
All that time and money invested deserves a better return that gathering dust on your hard drive somewhere. You’ll never get the same feeling looking at your photos on a screen as you will when seeing them on the walls of your home or flipping through the pages of your photo album.
This is why I include print credit with each of my three collections. Below is an example of some of the products available in your gallery store.
Professional Lab Prints
Your favourite images professionally printed on archival quality photo paper with your choice of a premium lustre or smooth velvet matte finish. Available in a number of sizes, perfect for framing & hanging on your wall or giving as a special gift.

These beautiful furniture grade, birch wood photo blocks are the perfect choice for a contemporary look. Layflat Photo Album
These beautiful albums are printed using high quality photo paper with thick lay flat pages that are scored down the centre. Available with a custom linen or suede cover. Minimum of 20 pages (10 spreads).
