If I had to describe my style of newborn baby photography I would call it Lifestyle. But what does this actually mean? For me, lifestyle photography, sits between traditional portraiture, which tends to be quite posed and documentary photography, which isn’t posed at all. While I do guide and direct you during a photography session; I allow myself the freedom to capture the true essence of your family. My newborn photoshoot sessions are relaxed, fun and emotive. You will receive a collection of images from your session which tells your story and shows you the beauty of your family and your precious newborn baby. I absolutely adore these sessions!

The last thing you want to be doing in the first few weeks of bringing your newborn baby home, is to pack up everything and get you and your family to the studio to have photos taken. This is one of the reasons that I come to you. All of my newborn sessions are held in the comfort of your own home. Me coming to you is so much more relaxed and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is to hand.
I take baby & family photos at these sessions
While the main focus of these photoshoot sessions is your newborn baby, I will also take family photos and photos of each parent with baby. If there are siblings, I will capture a simple portrait of each of them, along with some photos of them with their new baby brother or sister.
